(QWK) mail transfers

 This command will create mail packets you can read off-line.  In addition,
 any reply packets you may have can be uploaded.

 Subcommands
  (protocol) = Protocol to use when transferring the QWK (mail) or
               REP (reply).
  BYE        = Log you off the system after your transfer is complete.
  U          = Upload a REP (reply) packet.

  D          = Download a QWK packet.
